      • modalities: pull techniques and interventions from various theories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theories, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc.

    • $200 per session (private pay)

      • treatment focuses: communication, building relationship foundations, intimacy issues, etc.

      • modalities: Gottman Counseling trained, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theories, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), etc.

Cancellation policy

I ask for a 48 hour notice of cancellation. In instances when less than 48 hours notice is given, client’s incur a missed appointment/late cancellation fee as follows:

  • $175 for individual sessions

  • $200 for couples sessions
